    Product Information

    Red fruit and hints of spice on the nose. Plenty of structure. Soft tannins give this medium bodied wine a classic Syrah palate. T’Air d’Oc is Domaine Gayda's tribute to the Languedoc, a beautiful region bathed in warm, Mediterranean sunshine; the rolling hills, the garrigue, the majestic Pyrenees…but never forget the winds! Blowing from East or West; these winds shape the trees and rocks, carving out the character of the landscape and leaving us with all that is familiar. Grown in limestone plateaus in Minervois. Short maceration around 20°C to preserve the fruit and freshness. Aged on fine lees for 6 months.
